We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
